Position's Scope:

Reporting to the Corporate Talent Management & Organizational Development Director, the Corporate Learning Manager is responsible to develop corporate learning programs and Provides overall guidance to learning activities throughout markets and organization units.

This managerial position requires structured professional who can diagnose organizational needs, recommend the appropriate mix and emphasis to improve organizational effectiveness, and implement the agreed initiatives- The role requires also the ability to establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with global business partners.

Corporate programs cover a range of different, group specific topics, such as corporate culture and values, leadership development, core business functional know-how and induction program.

Job responsibilities
Program Design And Enrolment:
  • Assess leadership and talent learning needs
  • Design and implement corporate programs, considering a worldwide scope, focusing on leadership and managerial capabilities and core business competencies
  • May personally conduct selected programs
  • Design and implement the Learning dashboard and reporting to review and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
Stakeholder Management
  • Liaise with Regional HR Directors and Market Training Managers to ensure consistency between corporate programs and local offer
  • Design and implement a governance for corporate programs, from budget and attendance definition
Innovation Management
  • Scout and investigate leading edge methodologies to improve learning effectiveness
Candidate's profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in supporting online training delivery tools and content management systems.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English are essential.
