Position's Scope:
 Communicating Zegna’s value proposition externally and internally to maximize the company’s image as Employer of Choice. Coordinate the corporate recruitment on-line tools, to provide visibility to our positions. Develop and support the recruiters/HR referents globally to ensure consistency in the way we communicate , manage and use the recruitment  tools and  process. 
Job responsibilities
  • Develop tools and initiatives to maximize the company's image as an Employer of Choice, in line with Zegna’s positioning in the Luxury arena talent landscape. Manage the Zegna Careers website, giving visibility to our positions, proposing and editing stories to communicate Zegna.
  • Coordinate the corporate recruitment on-line tools (Altamira, Linkedin, Bof), working in partnership with the regions on recruitment tools and local needs and agree on the actions needed to support and build the external talent pipeline in the future.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert within Employer Branding / Sourcing and Candidate Relationship Management by providing the HR organization with the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business.
  • Support activities and selection for  talent scouting to provide to  HR a platform of potential candidates to accelerate the replenishment of key  vacancies and internships especially in the HQ.
  • Support the regional businesses to localize Zegna Employer Value proposition based on specific geographic and local needs.
  • Provide KPI’s and measurements for the selection process, by exploring "The candidate experience" concept and introducing innovative ideas and new ways to attract and select creative people and native digital generations.
  • Monitor and support the  internal job posting process to promote equal opportunities as Employer and support internal mobility and retention. Manage the Career Mobility website, promoting awareness in the employees, proposing and editing careers stories that inspire people to consider Zegna as a great place to work.
  • Provide KPI’s and measurements, to systematically report efficiency of employer branding and recruiting initiatives and collect feedback from internal stakeholders , HR and recruiters. Introduce a systematic approach on data.
Candidate's profile
  • A professional with at least 5 years' experience gained in a large complex international business in employer branding and recruitment. A previous experience in Luxury and Fashion companies might be considered preferential.
  • The job is based in Milan HQ. Rarely and on specific projects it may require traveling  abroad.
  • University degree for example in HR management, Social Sciences (e.g, communication, journalism, public relations), Marketing, Business Administration.
  • Italian, Fluent English written and spoken
