Position's Scope:
This vacancy is to be situated within our unique Global Boutique based on New Bond Street, London. The profile we are looking for will be actively responsible for leading and coaching all staff in relation to; product knowledge, CRM and aftersales activities, customer satisfaction, stock and reporting in order to ensure the achievements of the commercial objectives of the department.
Job responsibilities
  • Monitor sales results of department and take necessary actions to ensure that all relevant staff meet objectives set.
  • Support the Global Store Manager and the Sales Manager in monitoring the sales results of the individual Sales Associate, in order to suggest actions aimed at the growth of the business.
  • Ensure that customer delighting is executed to the highest standard, in line with the Zegna way and Selling Flow 2.0.
  • Provide Story Telling and Styling support focus to all sales staff.
  • Assist Clientele, providing exceptional customer service, in order to exceed annual sales target set. 
  • Teach and lead by example in all selling activities, including the fulfillment of all CRM and after sales activities.
  • Analyze category sell through results and produce a detailed report on; best and poor sellers, followed by actions required to ensure a stronger sell through going forwards.  
  • Provide detailed product training across all categories to sales team, acting as a true Zegna Ambassador through leading by example.
  • Provide feedback to the Global Store Manager on staff, customers, miscellaneous issues and product
  • Generate and maintain a positive and motivational working environment, ensuring all staffs working morale is of an encouraging and effective nature.
  • Building and retaining direct contact with clientele to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Stock and Cashier Team ensuring that the monitoring of all stock movement/activities done within your department, are done so accurately in order to minimize any potential stock loss.
  • Prepare statistical reports as requested by the Global Store Manager.
Candidate's profile
  • Entrepreneurial spirit necessary to ensure a successful sell through of products, as well as exceeding of Budget set. 
  • Strong sense of Data Analyses.
  • Communication and networking skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Autonomy and proactivity.
  • Strong knowledge of selling techniques and developing clientele.
  • Autonomous in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Luxury Retail. Preferably MRTW.
  • At least 1-2 Years in a managerial role managing a team.
  • Fluent English, other languages a plus as a must.
