Position's Scope:
Act as key point of reference and process owner for the commercial planning process and corporate reporting, coordinating cross-functional/cross-channel projects to ensure an effective governance and monitoring.
Job responsibilities
  • Within the HQ Planning organization, act as key point of reference and process owner towards other corporate and Market functions with regards to the corporate planning process and reporting tools
  • Facilitate the coordination of the planning process ensuring an effective communication of the milestones across all relevant functions, both at HQ and market level also by providing the annual update of the planning calendar and ensuring the cascading to the different functions
  • Systematically provide the executive commercial reporting at HQ level
  • Gather needs for enhancement from the different HQ and market stakeholders (finance, planning, buying, retail, etc.) in order to guarantee a continuous improvement and evolution
  • Develop, design and ensure continuous improvement for planning tools and corporate commercial reports identifying KPI’s and metrics to properly measure business performance
  • Liaise with IT to transfer functional requirements and properly monitor the timely execution, ensuring that tools and reports are developed in line with requirements also performing  data quality and consistency checks
  • Provide support and analytical coordination for specific projects in cooperation with other HQ functions
  • Develop and enroll training initiatives for the Markets regarding new reporting tools/processes
Candidate's profile
  • At least 4/5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Experience in consulting as a plus
  • Strong  analytical approach
  • Solid knowledge of the main analytical and reporting tools
