Position's Scope:
Ermenegildo Zegna, the leader in men's luxury apparel, is currently seeking a client focused and enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join our team. This position will be based out of our New York Showroom.

This individual will be responsible for support activities for our New York office.
Job responsibilities

The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Monitor and Resolve tickets on a timely basis
  • Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Perform user administration duties
  • Provide support for vendor and in-house applications
  • Provide off-hours support, as needed, to resolve system problems during non-business hours or backlogs
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and end users
  • Ensure communication is customer focused and professional
  • Technical expertise on multiple platforms is required
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery events and Major Event Changes
  • Engage third party suppliers on applications support issues
Candidate's profile
  • Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Two years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required
  • Ability to prioritize workload in order to ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Microsoft Office 2016
  • Microsoft Excel Certification is a Plus
  • Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, XP and Vista
  • Mac OS
  • Windows Server 2008 and 2012
  • Remote Desktop support
  • Active Directory and Exchange
  • Patch management
  • Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting
  • TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
  • Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets
  • Prior Retail  experience is preferable
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills
